Often people do not manage to install the ordered goods immediately after purchase. Therefore, it may be only after the expiry of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period noticed that one or the other product was ordered wrong or too much. That is why we offer you a voluntary right of return for a total of 30 days. The period begins with receipt of the goods.

Please contact us in advance regarding the return handling in any case!

Conditions for our 30-day right of withdrawal:

• the goods are complete and in their original condition
• the goods have only been used for viewing, as in a retail store -the goods are intact and without damage and can be returned in the original packaging
• the goods must not have been connected to the mains supply
• the goods are not custom-made

ATTENTION: Please note that custom-made products are not subject to the legal right of withdrawal and therefore generally are not taken back! Custom-made products are clearly marked as such.
