Return an ordered item.

Do you want to return one or more item(s) purchased from us?

No problem, just contact us via e-mail support@onekeyelectro.com or call us, on +49 173 7496216 from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Refund of the purchase amount

Once we receive your return and it has been approved as proper, we will refund the purchase price.

However, we can only accept unused items back. If the item shows signs of wear or damage, we will refuse the returned orders. The purchase price will not be refunded in this case.

Heating mats that have already been cut cannot be returned.
